Where does my order ship from?

We ship from several production facilities, all within North America (USA and Canada)¬†and Euro (Germany) ,Asian (Japan ) Depending on your order’s specifications and delivery address, your order will be routed to the best available match for the shortest possible transit time. ūüôā

Will my recipient address remain private and confidential ?

Yes, we take privacy very seriously and we will never share your recipient information with anyone outside our shipping team.

Do you have any price breaks?

We do! The more quantity you order, the lower the unit price.

How do I cancel / change my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We will make every effort to change or cancel your order if your order has not been processed. However, once processed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Am I able to track my package?

Tracking information is available in a few different areas! If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you when available.

You are also able to sign into My Account to check your order status. If you would like our Customer Care to help, have your order number ready,Our Customer Care team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00AM Р5:00PM PST.

Do you offer discounted pricing for orders of large quantities?

Is it faster to place my order over phone? Can I review my order?

All orders are processed equally, whether they are placed by phone or online.

To review your order, sign in to My Account and review your Recent Orders immediately on your Account Dashboard.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?
We pride ourselves in providing quality products and will replace any damaged or defective products immediately. Upon receipt of your item, contact our Customer Care team for personalized support.

Note:We are unable to accept damaged or defective claims after 30 days from date of receipt.

Can I order more than 2000 units?

Absolutely! Jiawei world¬†is happy to help advise on the best print methods for the most cost-effective solution. *Please note that if ordering over 2,000 units, you’ll need to work with our DESIGN¬†TEAM directly¬†for a better custome advices!

Just let us know the following:

  • The quantity you’d like to order
  • What size you’ll need and which material
  • What artwork you’d like to print

What is the turnaround time on my order?

ONLINE SHOP (Stock Items)

Once you place your order ,allow 24hours to ship your order plus transit time for delivery .

CUSTOM BOX (For quantity is less than 50 unit)

Turnaround is 7 days of us confirming your orders.

OEM MANUFACTUIRING (For quantity is over 1000 unit)

Turnaround is 30 days of us confirming your orders.

Due to the complexity of custom manufacturing, all dates are estimated. While the great majority of our orders ship on time, we do not guarantee our ship dates or delivery dates.

Note:Your production turnaround starts when your proof is approved ,These turnaround times represent production time only and do not include shipping transit time.

Does Jiawei World send samples? Can I have a sample?

Yes, we’re good like that. Contact us with your company name and delivery address and we’ll send you a stock sample for you to check the material and quality. All you pay is shipping – the samples are free!

For large quantity customized order ,If you need a custom-digital-printed boxes with your artwork, our minimum order is 1 unit (For Ribbon Gift Boxes ) making it super-easy for you run a test and make sure your design is just right before printing the entire batch.

Does Jiawei world ship outside the U.S.?

We offer shipping to all US addresses and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the US Virgin Islands. We also offer direct shipping to Canada.

  • Remote Area Surcharges may apply to orders shipped to certain ZIP codes within Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Canadian shipments may incur tariffs, taxes, customs and brokerage fees for which you are responsible. Moreover, the majority of the products that we offer do not fall under the NAFTA agreement. Our shipper will bill you directly.
How do I get a quote for my order?

On the Custom Box page, you will select the size, material, quantity, and box style.  As you fill the inquiry form and send us the artwork or add text and background coloring, You will receive the qutoes within 48 hours!

What materials are you using?

We care passionately about sustainability! All our¬†cardboard material options are FSC-Certificated and 100%¬†environmental friendly, to the highest degree allowed by the paper industry’s standards.

All of our unprinted box materials are fully recyclable and we delivered it flat .

What is your minimum custom order quantity?

If you are looking for a sample to see our print quality and get acquainted with our materials and styles, we also offer free samples! These are pre-printed and limited sizes; all you pay is a flat fee for shipping and handling.

How do I add or remove products from my cart?

To add a product to your cart:

1.) Select a product.

2.) Select the color, size, and quantity, if applicable.

3.) Select Add To Cart.

4.) Once a product is added to your cart, you can select View Cart then Proceed To Checkout or Continue Shopping.

To remove a product from your cart:

1.) Select the Shopping Cart icon.

2.) Select the Remove option on the item tile, or reduce the quantity to 0.

When will the charge for my order go through?

Once your order has shipped, your credit card is charged.

If there is an item within your order that has been cancelled due to no stock availability, your card will not be charged for that item.

If your order contains custom items, your order will not be charged or shipped until we receive your approval of the shipping charges.
